Acxiom Senior Manager - IT Service Management Platforms in Conway, Arkansas
To oversee the strategic operations of the ServiceNow platform which supports IT, HR, Security, Finance automation and overall Service Management workflows and processes. To facilitate the delivery of new module implementations, enhancement projects, and upgrades. To focus on driving operational excellence as well as continuous improvement of user experience, configuration and deployment processes and procedures. To establish and drive new feature adoption roadmap. To proactively work closely with our enterprise business partners to understand their key business objectives and use that as an input to drive strategic direction of the platform while ensuring that we are leveraging all the benefits and features of the ServiceNow platform.
What you will do:
Identify business opportunities that align strategic objectives and outcomes, while working with stakeholders tobuildinvestmentbusiness cases, articulate and realize ROI
Budget, track and allocate IT services costs to align spending with strategic objectives and improve cost transparency
Direct a comprehensive product strategy through conception, design, delivery, continuous improvement, and end-of-life as appropriate
Measure and communicatepriorities,key performanceindicators/metricsand ROIfor services and analyze data to discover opportunities for service improvement
Proactively identifies opportunities to improve existing methodologies, processes or other areas of service delivery performance.
Consults with business stakeholders and reviews IT proposals to determine goals, timeline, budget, procedures, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
Manage demand for services working closely with relevant leads to balance workload across resources and applications.
Develop and maintain service level agreements with business partners and manage service levels with vendors
Communicate effectively across multiple constituencies to influence service outcome and change objectives
Understand and anticipate the needs and requirements of business to ensure that services contribute to business outcomes
Effectively manage vendor relationships
Facilitateexecutive stakeholdermeetings and resolve priority issues with the business and relevant IT leadership.
Mentor and provide leadership development to team members and promote continuous learning
Provides performance feedback for team members as well as third partymanaged serviceproviders.
Champion data security working with security and compliance leads to verify cross application security policies are in place and followed
Championautomation,andintegrationto improveefficiency in enterprise business operations
What you will need:
BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, or related work experience
At least 5 years of IT leadership experience working withenterpriseapplications
Experience leadingServiceNow (or other ITIL based ServiceManagement)implementations and/or operations
Experience overseeing SaaS applications operations and support
Experience in IT Operations required,ITIL certificationis a plus, but not required.
Ability to strategize, plan and implement changeand realize value and ROI in investments
Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations
Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus
Ability to research and interpret relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
Essential qualities include organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently, attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
Strong hands-on management capabilities, leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.
Ability to interact and influence variety of users and senior management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
